The Rawson Room
Hidden behind the George St. entrance lobby, The Rawson Room is an impressive open space perfectly fusing the buildings 1856 historical aspects with contemporary design. Boasting 7 metre high pressed metal ceilings, sandstone walls and a 18 metre long brass bar that draws focus to a vast marble centre piece shaped in a submarine fairwater, honouring the building’s nautical heritage.
The Ground Floor
The Rawson Room, The Chapel combined with Bethel Balcony has endless event possibilities; banquet with pre or post dinner drinks lounge area, cocktail party with a VIP or quiet room, tasting experience space or green room in Chapel just to name a few.
The Governor’s Room
This exquisitely designed floor has plush regal furnishings and elegant finishes balanced with high arched and press metal ceilings. The first things you notice as you step out of the elevator are dark, polished floorboards leading to a striking bar.
The Sun Room
Bright, airy and bathed in natural light streaming in from its many windows. This versatile room can be set in many layout options to cater for breakfast presentations, lunches, private dinners, cocktail parties, product launches and workshop days. The Sun Room has a fresh and simplistic open plan. Entrance onto the outdoor Terrace and a 1.4m LCD screen is available with PA/PC audio for presentation.
Section of Bar
¼ The Rawson Bar includes the northern section of 4 booths and 3 tall bar tables with stools and an exclusive section of the bar. Suitable for 50-80 guests pending furniture movement. ½ The Rawson Bar includes the northern ½ of the room and is suitable for 100-150 guests.
Perfect for team drinks, farewells, birthdays, pre and post events and small celebrations. Each booth booking can accommodate 20 guests seated and standing (8-12 guests seated pending booth booked). Up to a maximum 4 booths can be booked per group.
